Do we buy the lights?
The very 1st year you buy the lights from us. This keeps all our customers using our commercial grade materials and ensures we are indeed able to fix or replace any supplies that need to be. If we had to service 100 different brands and styles then we couldn't guarantee supply or our 100% satisfaction rate.
Do we take down the lights
We start takedowns January 2nd after the New Years Holiday. It typically takes us 4-5 weeks to get all of our customers down depending on weather. We do our takedowns by area and will give you a time frame on when we are expected to be in a specific area.
What lights do you use?
We use C9 LED Superbrite lights with 50k hours.
